Lodging

Affordable room share in the heart of Tribeca with spectacular views of Hudson River and downtown Manhattan.

One of the 2 bedrooms of an apartment on the 33rd floor of a highrise, is discretely rented for short terms to an individual, or two, with a reliable referral.

The living/dining with adjoining terrace, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. However, the entrance to the bedroom is private, and the renter can reserve the living/dining to their private use upon advance request.

* The bedroom is that of a teenager away in college, so it has some of her things left in the bookshelves and the closet, but the renter has ample closet space and drawers for their use.

$120 per night.

$700 per week.

Tribeca is a safe and quiet upscale neighborhood and many celebrities have homes here. We have a doorman/security downstairs.

Two nights minimum. Pricing includes a continental breakfast for your first morning. Discounts and meals can be offered to students. Please inquire.

The kitchen is outfitted to allow for light snacks, coffee, tea, iced barley tea, and a variety of cold drinks. The neighborhood has many great restaurants for eat-in, or bring back. We have Duane Reade right downstairs, and Whole Foods and Target within walking distance.
